Who We Are

This website is operated by Openkids International Pte Ltd (“OpenKids”, “we”, “our”), the Singapore company that operates www.openkids.co and the OpenKids brand, an education brand of TAFA Group. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.openkids.co, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What We Collect

Global Partner enquiries: the discovery-call form asks for your name, your target city and country, a phone or WhatsApp number or an email (at least one), and when you plan to open. An investment budget range and a partnership tier are recorded only if you choose one.

Partner Overview download: your name and email, so we can keep you posted as new territories open.

With each enquiry we record when it was sent, the page it was sent from (with the campaign tag of the link that brought you, if there was one) and the country your connection comes from.

Families: there is no booking form on this site. Families book a trial class or consultation by contacting a campus on WhatsApp, WeChat, phone or email, and share their details with us there.

Website usage: our own counter records a few actions on the site — such as clicks on buttons and links, campus page visits and article searches, and which AI assistant referred you, if one did — with the page address, the time and your country. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address or other identifier and cannot tell who you are, so it runs whether or not you accept analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, may also count page visits through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which likewise uses no cookies.

Google Analytics: only if you accept the cookie banner do we load Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics; it then records page visits and the same site actions, using cookies. Until you accept, no Google script loads and nothing is sent to Google. Accepting turns on analytics only — Google's advertising and personalisation signals stay off.

Our forms never ask for passwords, identity numbers or payment details.

Cookies And Browser Storage

The site's own code sets no cookies. It keeps a few small notes in your browser's storage: ok-consent remembers your answer to the cookie banner until you change it in Cookie Settings or clear it; ok-utm keeps the campaign tag of the link that brought you, ok-ai-ref notes a visit from an AI assistant so it is counted once, and ok-film-paused remembers that you paused the films — these three clear when you close the tab.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies (names beginning _ga), and only after you accept.

How We Use It

To respond to your enquiry — matching your family with the right campus, arranging a Global Partner discovery call, or keeping you posted as new territories open.

To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

To keep out spam, your IP address is used in memory only, to limit how often enquiries and counted actions can be sent; it is never saved.

Who Can See It

Your enquiry is shared only with the OpenKids team and the relevant campus or our partnerships team handling your request.

A few service providers run parts of the site for us: Cloudflare hosts it and stores enquiries and usage events, with access restricted to authorised staff; Resend delivers the email that passes each new enquiry to our team; and Google receives Google Analytics data, only if you accept.

WhatsApp And WeChat

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or WeChat, your conversation is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve your request and our legitimate business records. Anonymous usage events are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically.

Withdrawing Consent

Your cookie choice is stored only in your browser, and you can change it at any time: Cookie Settings at the foot of every page reopens the banner with your current choice marked. Choosing Decline there turns Google Analytics off at once and removes its cookies, and it stays off on later visits. Clearing this site's cookies and data in your browser settings also removes your choice and the Google Analytics cookies, and the banner asks again on your next page. Declining, or not answering, keeps Google Analytics off, and the site works the same either way.

Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time — write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
